This is a really cool video of the Caribbean lobster migration that I found on YouTube.
The Caribbean lobster is also a spiny lobster, similar to my favorite California spiny lobster. And of course, Caribbean spiny lobsters are also fished and are more common in local restaurants than the California spiny lobster. If you ever see spiny lobster listed on the menu or if you order lobster and only receive the tail, it’s usually the Caribbean spiny lobster.
Check out the lobster conga line in the video, traveling in a line provides protection and less drag. Make sure you watch the whole video so you can see the trigger fish, that fish is brutal! The moral of the story for this video is: Stay in line, don’t make yourself vulnerable.
